How do you secure candidates?

At Crandall Associates, Inc., we do not advertise opportunities in the newspaper; you could do that yourself. We rely on our incomparable database of over 25,000 direct marketing professionals who we have interviewed in the past, and with whom we have maintained ongoing relationships. These professionals are happily employed and not actively looking for another position. However, when we call them regarding a search, they listen.

When will I see candidates?

A:

Because we are in close contact with our candidates, we can usually make a presentation of qualified professionals within 2 weeks. Before we introduce them to you, they will be thoroughly interviewed, to your specifications.

How do I know you won't recruit my employee for a new position?

A:

We have never recruited a candidate from a client. Once we place a candidate, we do not contact them again. As a matter of fact, the candidate we recruit for you is purged from our files. (We do not even send them a Christmas card, because that could be interpreted as a subtle overture). We enjoy long lasting relationships with our clients and look forward to doing business with them for many, many years.

A large number of our candidates have eventually become our clients as well; partially, we feel, because they have been impressed with our integrity.
