Q: How do we get to know each other?
A: The First Step is to fill out the online registration profile on this website, and attach your resume as a Word document.
Once we receive your resume and online profile we will immediately send a package to you at your home address with a welcome letter and a complimentary copy of our Salary Guide.
Once we receive all your information, you will be officially registered with us and we will contact you with any search we have that fits your parameters.
A: All of our fees are paid by the companies we work for. In fact, that includes any out of town interview expenses and relocation fees you may incur.
Q: What commitment am I making by registering with you?
A: You are telling us you have an open mind, and will evaluate opportunities when we present a position that meets your parameters.
Q: If I'm not interested in this opportunity, will you still contact me for other opportunities?
A: Yes, we look for the right fit for you and for the company. If you are not interested in an opportunity, tell us why . . . whether it is because of geography, salary, staff size, or the industry. This information will help assure that we contact you for those positions you would want to pursue.
Q: Will my resume ever be presented without my prior knowledge?
A: No, we work confidentially - both for you and for the company. We never contact a company on your behalf or reveal your name, or discuss your experience without your interest, your prior authorization and your expressed permission to proceed.
